When you use the ACE Financial Adaptation Index, we collect your email address if you choose to provide it, your yes/no responses to the 15 questions, your result tier, and your score. We collect this so the tool can work: to calculate your results, deliver them to your inbox if requested, and help us understand how to serve this community better. Nothing more.

Your responses to these questions may be personal and sometimes painful. That is not lost on me. This tool asks about things that most people have never been asked about directly. The data you generate here is handled accordingly.

Your responses and score are stored securely in an encrypted database. I — Dr. DaeEss 1Dréa — have technical access to this database as the app owner. I do not read individual responses. I do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with any third party, ever, for any reason. The only circumstance under which I would access individual data is if legally compelled to do so, and I would notify you to the extent the law allows.

Providing your email is entirely optional. If you choose to share it, you are consenting to receive your results and occasional communications from the Dharmaverse ecosystem. You can unsubscribe at any time and I will honor that immediately. Your email is never sold or shared.

The ACE Financial Adaptation Index touches on childhood adversity, family history, ancestral trauma, and systemic harm. These are not casual data points. I am aware that what you share here reflects real lived experience. It is treated with the same clinical confidentiality I would extend in a therapeutic context, even though this tool is not therapy and I am not your physician in this context.

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Email dev@1drea.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your records will be removed from the database within 7 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and port your data.

I built this tool because I believe the question of how childhood shaped your relationship with money deserves a precise, compassionate answer — not a generic quiz result and a sales funnel. The data you generate here is in service of your clarity, not my analytics.

Your story belongs to you. The patterns you name, the roots you discover, the lineage you begin to understand — these are yours. I am the steward of this container, not the owner of what happens inside it.

That is a dharma commitment, not just a legal one.
